Why is it 흔들려는 instead of 흔들리는. Isn't the former incorrect?

흔들려는 is right, Because it is a part of 흔들려고 하다, which means ' to intend to shake '. When they write lyrics, sometimes they can ignore right grammar or words. It is supposed to be " 널 흔들려고 하는 모든 것들 " , but the writer shorted it to write on the notes.
